Healing Thyme Wellness was created with the intention of uniting varied avenues of wellness that we believe to be extremely beneficial on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Yoga provides us the means to settle the mind, maintain focus, live life in the present and become fully aware of our deeper inner selves as well as our own physical bodies. Herbalism offers the opportunity to support and assist our body's own systems in order to maintain our health naturally through the use of herbs in various forms. This is done using teas, baths, extracts, oils, salves as well as education on diet and lifestyle. We hope that by marrying these time honored traditional genres of health, we can ultimately make a difference in the daily lives of our clients and students.
A consistent Yoga practice provides us with the "ahh"; that blissful contented sigh that results when the mental plane aligns with the physical body in a peaceful and grounded way.
Yoga also offers us the means to turn off the random noise that bombards and distracts us in everyday life, ultimately providing us with the awareness to appreciate the goodness in the present.

Herbal medicine was commonly used before conventional western medicine and pharmaceuticals were introduced to the modern world. Some say that herbal medicine may even date back 5000 years or more with deep roots in many different countries and cultures.
Herbal treatments are customized for each client, priced separately and may consist of a tincture, tea, salve or other products. These treatment options can assist and support the body's own systems and functions for ultimate healing.
We are currently taking appointments on Tuesdays 6-8 pm and Thursday 630-830 pm. You may call to book at 402-253-6910 or book through the action button below.
New clients must schedule an "Initial Intake" appointment. This 60-90 minute initial visit/interview will involve in-depth information gathering regarding the clients' medical, physical and mental history with details on current lifestyle habits, diet and primary concerns as well as ultimate wellness goals. Pulse and Tongue evaluation will also be performed during this visit. An initial intake evaluation form must be completed prior to your appt to save in office time (see note below)
PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first appointment, please be sure to download and complete the Initial Intake form which can be found under the "Forms" tab on the top right navigation menu. The Initial Intake form should be completed and emailed
back to Kaj108@outlook.com 48 hours before your appointment.
We offer several different styles of yoga; Beginners, Hatha, Power, Flow, Yin and Restorative. Our studio space is very small allowing for only 2-4 students currently. Though more costly, privates are also an option. Please call 402-253-6910 for scheduling and pricing.
